Our smart cameras are programmable platforms, targeted to developers searching for cutting-edge technologies in image acquisition and embedded data processing. These development platforms are based on SoC (System on Chip) or FPGA SoC (Field-Programmable Gate Array) devices. Such devices open the way to multi-purpose cameras, from both functional and hardware point of view, allowing to implement several processing tasks, and to use different image sensors and host communication protocols, in a modular and interchanging manner.
